Try micro-fibre cloth, if not available, try "banian"-material. Try to polish-off with the dry cloth first, if that doesn't work, then use a damp one (water only).

Need to buy Rs.500/- book.
ebay only sending useless coupons which are only applicable for tablets,tv,camera.
 
Im not getting any mails (promotion, coupon etc.) from ebay.in. Where is the option to set it? Any help?

Yes its good. I use it for mobile, DTH recharge, LL bill and electricity bill. Once, money was deducted from my card but didnt show in my account. I mailed the admin and got it in 2-3 hours.
Ebay is sending these 6.5% coupons lately but they are all for specific items like mobile, camera or tablets. No coupon for every item is seen from them from a couple of weeks
 
saw some hdfc, standard chartered, maestro/mastercard coupons of 7% on desidime. tried to see code but it goes to Ebay site while clicking on blue box.
If anyone has those coupon codes, can you share them here?
