Ignore that error. Nowadays I have been hitting that error frequently. I believe you were trying to change the shipping address. This is what I do.

Go to addresses, create the shipping address if it doesn't already exist, and then make it primary.

Go to the item, 'Add to Shopping Cart', don't select Buy Now.

From the shopping cart, try checking out, it will work.
