After complaining about the same to ebay customer care I got the refunds today. BTW anyone experienced this issue? Is this bug still unresolved? I was planning to buy something this wednesday if any kind soul help me with a VF coupon.

i faced the same issue with Bank. called them up, they said refund will come in 3 days
