In case you haven't noticed the market is now closed and classifieds are opened . see the top menu . any further queries post in upgrade bug thread in feedback .
 
I had bought a 10 dbi antenna from a hongkong seller, paid via paypal through a credit card. The item I received was faulty, as the antenna was bent from the top, due to inadequate packing. Now the seller has offered a refund. Do I need to link my bank account with paypal to get the refund? I intend to make another $ purchase from the seller after I get the refund, so dont really need the refund back in cash or INR.
 
how to proceed in case the seller has shipped the item and while tracking it shows delivered but actually its not been delivered

so help me! what should i do next?

Send a massage to seller see how did he respond. If he don't accept his fault open a dispute at PaisaPay.

If you paid via CC then paypal would return your money to CC itself.
 
Last night, i tried to buy an item from ebay and paid using my SBI netbanking, but some how i got an error at the final billdesk page.

Now my money got debited from my account, but ebay page says that the payment was unsuccessful and asks me to make the payment using another method.

How will i get back the debited amount??

Don't worry it will be credit in your account within 3 days and something it takes 26 days or may be more than month due to your SBI setteling time.

if he refund against your purchase then it will goes to your payment source (card account).
