In my case I've another problem: I can't make any more new accounts, as ebay system is asking me for phone verification every time I create a new account.
Too many new accounts I guess.

Try to clear cookies after every account you create.
It wouldn't ask for phone no then.

are you recharging from vodafone website ?
In order to get coupon you must recharge from you vodafone website , other source of recharge won't fetch you any coupon

I used to create 10 accs per day.
And I think you use dynamoic IP.
My problem is, my ISP provides me with static IP. :-(

For vodafone, you will need to recharge from their own website and not through freecharge.in and such. No idea about airtel.
