I got money already for both failed transactions in 5 days .. for quick refund u should mail transaction details to billdesk payment gateway support at pgsupport@billdesk.com , they quickly find out the missing payment and forward it to ebay . usually ebay takes long to communicate with billdesk after complaint so it takes 15 days ..
