The culprit here is trackon Courier.Its a total fraud company.I lost 2 packages .STOP using themyogeshtulsiani said:i don't think sellers get an option to give -ve rating.
me too shipped certain stuff via Trackon courier & the 2 buyers said the packet was empty. in another case tracking showed package being delivered but buyer said not received.
in all these cases i had to send a new product to the buyer, not sure who is the culprit here - the courier co. or the buyer. now i prefer India speed post over any courier co.
