This is from my experience till now.
Rest is extortion from authorities.

I will update once it reaches me, if I had to pay anything else.
Just hoping that this deal goes through, without any issues.

Barnes and noble is applying taxes when shipped to NJ/NY address , hence i sent them to hopshopgo..expecting a similar figure per piece.
