Pending since may! Small amount! Was testing the waters!
 
My order also not shipped from almost 6-8 month.I think every should complain against the company in MCA .one time i have complained that time partially item shipped .remaining still not supplied.

I raised complaint on "https://consumerhelpline.gov.in" , lets see what happens !!!

I thought of complaining on their twitter handle but it seems to be inactive. I did not at all expected to be scammed. But 3 months and counting, is a large delay for a order that should have been delivered in 1 week.

i had the same issue with them and i tried calling them because i never got any response on emails. But the problem is they dont take calls at all. Finally i kept calling and one day they took my call and ultimately got the refund issued (it took a long time). Would advice you to keep calling them and just stay way from that website in the future. They offer very lucrative prices and many people don't realize that they are more like a scam.

We got a few bangaloreans here so either one or few of the guys can pay a surprise visit to their office and see whats cooking and whats their delayed process etc.

I too wish to order few items from them but reading their horror stories its better to buy elsewhere at a higher rate it seems.

Surprisingly, whatever i OOS on Robu is available with electronicscomp.com.
 
I lodged a complaint in national consumer helpline. Status shows resolved with refund initiated (NCH contacted the company and refund was initiated). But never received money in my a/c.

Dial consumer helpline as to where did it got stuck. Check your credit card statement in case you might have missed checking there.
