Review Electronicscomp.com not shipping order placed 3 months ago

Seeing some few positive responses from other TE members, I placed a small order of 11 items from electronicscomp.com on 03/03/2025.
Today, I received the package with 4 missing items including the costliest one.

Your components list is very generic, I am sure you get these from many other reputable sources. There was no need to order from electronicscomp.

My order comprises of button cell batteries which they never delivered. Amazon sells them in bulk like ten batteries set.

Watch shops quote very high price, normal departmental stores do not keep them.

Where I can find them locally.. I mean what kind of shops?

Yeah.. Their starting price is around 250, (they change the battery too) while battery cost is around 100 rupees I think.
That's why checking for alternates.

Unfortunately, electronicscomp has few and got scammed. I don't see other component websites sell button cells.

1) At Stationary shops for 10-20rs max for one.
( I mean here we have at stationary shops, and even in general the stationary shops close to a college have them )
Various button batteries are used for scientific calculators, or just regular calculators.
2) Anyshop that sells laser/laser toys they are bound to have them most of the times. ( So a toy shop and some stationary shops )
3) super markets, (e.g. dmart , tata star market )

they also sell in packets of 2, and 1 one too.

me too , i read few positive reviews ,mostly old ones i guess, then ordered these 2 days back , with shipping expected to be on 8/4/25 , then i watched some youtube reviews ! damm it , i was scared , very discomforting , to went to razorpay for dispute transaction and sbi credit card chargeback ,telling them i want to cancel this order , no further relation i would like to have with this scammers , and also emailed and called these ecomp guys about cancelling , reversing the transfer, but no answers as expected . and reading about even consumercourt forums also not able to help us is really discouraging and sad.. hoping very high on chargeback and razorpay guys now .i told sbi credit card and razorpay to reverse the transaction as shipment havnt started yet. i do need more guidance now. offline shops are far away from my place though for such things .
i did check other online shops and found many were not in stock but this ecomp had it all and shipping charges less rs50 only . damm it fell for it ! , i read terms and conditions in thier ecomp telling once if order is confirmed , cant cancel the order .. how very convenient , bogus ! atleast 1-2 days should be allowed to cancel order and reverse transaction as a norm.
along with request to chargeback and dispute transaction with razopay i sent links of youtbe and reddit and consumerforums as proving how much ecomp are a scam . wish they really take this serious and reverse the transaction..

update - the sbicredit card said in tracking dispute -- we would like to inform you that disput transaction has been settled in your acount , transaction amt shal be billed in ur subsequent statement. ur dispute is still under investigation and you will get the revert shortly .
so what you guys think, is this a positive side or still difficult to keep up the hope ?

update- the amount has been credited back . thanks to razorpay and sbicredicard .
lesson learnt - read only the recent reviews , check recent review videos ,reviews matching with the recipient location .
thanks to the online community who shared ideas , guidance about how to get back the money from these type of online scams.
