1. You need to give the GMAT.

2. GPA must be 3-3.5 minimum, which is below avg. out of 4 that is.

3. Exp is a must.

OR

Give 20-100 crores as donation for a top college, 1-2 crores won't do, that is general fees anyway
 
These are top colleges with hundreds of millions or billions of dollars in annual revenues. Only people who have a net worth of at least 500-2000cr or more can think of heavy donations and stuff.

Everybody can afford to pay 50 lacs to 1 cr tution plus living, that is the normal thing. To get through a top shot like Ivys through donations will probably mean you need to put at least 10 if not 100 times the regular tuition fees, that too subject to their discretion!

However a top 50 usa college (not in the top 20-30) can probably be had for just a few crores in donation! if not less i would say :P
