Emergency light that turns on automatically after power cut?

Is there any emergency light/bulb that can automatically power on when there is no electricity but turns off when there is electricity and continues charging?

I already have a so called emergency bulb, but it always lights up. The requirement here is to have the bulb light off during electricity and on when electricity is cut.

Having an inverter setup in the home is currently not possible bcz of rented flat and owner isn't interested.

If there is any alternative to this or any way to automate a smart bulb or something, let me know.

Why not? It's damn easy. Get any electrician and he will do it.

It's a rented flat. Owner feels wiring should not be disturbed and remain intact.

I gave up on that already. Planning to move to a different flat where there is generator facility.
So there's no such product or no alternative?

I think both these are not what I'm looking for.
If I'm not wrong, these are always-on type of bulbs.

Probably want to look for something like "power sensing battery bulb", need some kind of logic to detect the power outage. Although on Amazon I can only find this https://www.amazon.in/inverter-automatic-chargeable-emergency-rechagebal/dp/B0B8TG6N3T . Haven't used it personally.

I have a large Eveready LED multi torch light with built in battery and power cord which has 3 button positions... always off, always on, and auto on when power cut.
