Nobody watched Squid game season 2? I didn't find it as good as season 1 but still good enough compared to most series out there.

How much would you rate both the seasons out of 10? Was planning to watch it today but the reviews are kind of mixed.

Season one 9/10 must watch, season two 7.5/10 (can skip to wait for final/2nd half of the season).

If Season 1 was 9/10, would rate Season 2 as 6/10. Basically more of the same with illogical sequences, worse acting and a poor ending.

I think season 1 set the bar really high. It was new concept/story.
Regarding second season, story become much predictable after introduction of 001. Ending looks like incomplete and didn't had face off between them.
I really like theme speciallly games setup like mingle. Love the character of purple boy/witch women.

I think there is still a doubt about what came first but the hindi movie Luck from 2009 has similar concept of eliminating (by death) 1 or more people as "game" progresses.

This is very common theme, it just became popular in mainstream media due to Hunger Games novels starting from 2008. Fyi, there is also a Battle Royale manga & it came before Hunger Games.
