Entry Level 4 inch Androids

I'm looking to find what options we have currently when it comes to 4 or 4+ inches Android phones. Since budget is a constraint here, trying to find if we have anything costing lesser than the LG Optimus Black which currently retails at ~18K (approx.)

Need your help guys...

you can get galaxy s lcd for around 16.5~17k

Galaxy S / Nexus S would be best bet @ 19K approx.

You can also get Spice MI 410 @ 13.5K approx. There is a big thread for the Spice in TE. Read it.

Or get Samsung Captivate/Vibrant from USA (without warranty) @ 12K approx.

^ Errr... But still it falls within his ~18k max. budget. 2nd hand imported Moto Atrix is selling in TE market for ~17k or so.

If he needs warranty the cheapest option is the Galaxy SL for ~ 16k if good deals comes around.

If no warranty as mentioned earlier the 2nd hand imported captivate, vibrant for ~11k-12k.
