Entry lvl cellphone???

I need to buy a new cell phone.

Dont want:

---Camera

---MP3

Want:

---good looking. plain colour...dont want many colours on it.

---good buttons, for messaging

---good backup...so i dont have to charge daily.

---color lcd

---poly ringtones(i think its a standard feature in all cellph)

Will be good

--- FM

Budget 3-4-5k

will prefer nokia above anything, but can go moto and others. can stretch more if cell is really worth. Gonna buy by evening...so quick suggestions please

I have the 6030...

decent phone.. but.. it's got No connectivity...thats the only bad part of the phone for me.. I think the only way would be to use a data cable.. But I gave up trying to look for it..

Imo.. try and get a device with blutooth..
 
^^heh..there are local data cables tat work just fine for 6030 ...

i know cause a frnd of mine has 6030 & every now & then he comes to my place to put new ringtones & transfer some pixx..;)
 
If want to spend more for a better phone within 6K...

MOTO L6i...Radio + Bluetooth...but only 10MB...5.5K

Only want Radio..and a different phone, as Nokia 6030 and Moto C168(2.7K), W220 (3.7K) are very common phones...

go for Samsung X210 - 4K...stylish phone...

^^ yeah...missed it. the dumbass guy on shop showed me when i took the fone already. still i got a good deal. bangalore gonna have some probs so rushed out and bought this Moto C168 - Full Specification

got radio...only thing bad is the fone is too loud when ringing...and sound is yakkk. sounds like a band of newbs playing :@

Still 2700/- good deal :D

Edit: IS there any way to reduce no of channels in ringtones...i dont mind mono rtones. but really dont like the way it sounds.
 
great phone.. my sis has it ... good sound, its display is awesome ... colours may not be great, but 100% visible in full sunlight.. none of the (more expensive ) phones in my house can do that :D

but never figured out how to use the editor tho :(

Does he use the phone with the nokia suite or some other software?

try the 'rock solo' ringtone at ring tone volume 3 ...sounds good...
