Apart from Ghostrunner, Fallout 3 and Human Resource Machine the rest aren't very good.

Apart from Ghostrunner, Fallout 3 and Human Resource Machine the rest aren't ghostwire and the outer worlds are good too

No, I played them. Ghostwire is super slow and the powers are not very fun to use. The world is very restricted and the combat is boring.
Outer worlds has good shooting but it is very badly written. Besides VATS > Slow motion.
