Espn/star?

Hello all,

I was planning to for a Tata Sky Digicomp, which I'm getting for free (credit card points) and hook it up to my PC. Just yesterday someone told me that TataSky is planning to stop broadcasting espn/star sports after 21 days and made an official announcement in one of the Newspapers. I was not able to find such an announcement. Is this True?
If it IS, i might not buy, because prime reason is FOOTBALL WC! (and Grand slams)

Can you please confirm this soon cuz i need to book so that i get it sooner.

^ There was a notice out in the papers from ESPN Star that their agreement was up for renewal but due to certain conditions, wasn't likely to be, and therefore these channels might not be carried by TS. I would say wait a month and then make the decision, since these are prime channels, and TS with its already dwindling base can least afford to lose them.
