Want a EVDO modem which has RUIM slot. If it is carrier specific, then it should be unlocked or can be unlocked...
Give me ur offers...
 
I have a ZTE ac8710 lying around (Tata photon plus).
It might be locked. I have not used it for more than two years now. Have terminated the connection.

I have one BSNL EVDO data card(ZTE AC8700, Rev.0 Max 2.4 Mbps). Can give it for really cheap. Let me know if interested.
