I have been a member for several months and my posts go through the mod queue. How much longer till my account is removed from uner review?

Also i want to speak to a mod to remove a photo from a closed sale post that has some personal information that keeps coming up in a google search. It was posted by an old account which was deleted so I don't have access to it. @puns please assist if possible dm me, I cannot dm any mods.
