Storage Solutions Everest reading temps of USB HDD?

I have this product
Newegg.com - acomdata PDHD1000USE-72 1TB 16MB Cache USB 2.0 / eSATA External Hard Drive - External Hard Drives

Its a 1tb external drive with esata and usb. Now when I connect it via usb and launch everest I get this. So does this mean the drive is sending temperature signal through usb to the pc? :S

The newer version of Everest does read the temperature of a HDD connected via USB. I have Everest showing my USB HDDs temperature on the desktop.
