Sry I meant people who DIED in late 19th/early 20th century. Obviously someone dying in 90s or 2000s would have enjoyed the benefits of modern medicine. That's about as recently as one could have died.

Well that is actually difficult for an entirely different reason, I mean we were under the rule of British and not many Indians were considered famous rather notorious at least by the people who maintained records, i.e. the Britishers, and they really didn't give a crap about our ages as to them we were all slaves. So the record keeping was not the most impeccable and we certainly had the odds stacked against us.

Also I would like to say that modern medicine didn't have a significant impact in life expectancy until the 1950s. So the people I mentioned in the earlier list who died before 1950 didn't actually get the benifits modern medicine. I still managed to find 2 people who fit your criteria:

Even 20 minutes of jogging daily and working out 2 days a week is enough. Also incorporate 5-15 minutes of meditation for mental peace.

Everyone knows butter and ghee are both products made entirely of fat and eating fat in large quantity for long periods of time will have side effects and I'm not talking about becoming fat here (although that has become a big certain for a single guy like me lately lol). What matters is consumption in moderation and regular workout.

Cancer is found even in Egyptian mummies from 4000 years ago. Net effect of both things is that people live longer healthier lives than every before.

Percentage of cases and age matters. Now a days, youngsters are getting cancers more than expected and total percentages are higher. This is also as per statistical studies, denying this is not going to help.

Olive oil have low smoking point and it's not recommended to overheat it, many of Indian dishes require overheating oil.
Considering we are in India, will have to verify whether the costly olive oil purchased is genuine and of good quality.

that's a myth, even at lower smoking point than other oils, you still need 190c for it to even reach smoking point, unless you are deep frying shit and reusing the oil again and again you are fine

and you think adulteration doesnt happen here? unless you can afford getting your own oil cold pressed, you are eating adulterated shit. We buy our own mustard and get it cold pressed ourselves, and the only brand which has anywhere near come matching the quality of it is patanjali and thats it, and Patanjali oils are expensive in of itself, so unless you can afford expensive brands, suffice it to say, you are indeed using adulterated shit

No idea, never used Tata before, we only use patanjali oils.

No, when mustard is in season, we buy it and there's a place near my town where they have a cold press, we just get them to extract the oil, I would not recommend going this way unless you know the place/have enough free time, it takes a while to get it done and is just a pain in the ass, and this is when we are in the business, and have enough contacts that for us its just a phone call away.

Most brands in India are crap from my cursory research, avoid any EVOO products from any indian brands, these just scam you in the name of EVOO, you'll have to buy imported stuff and even then, they are not first pressed and are probably third or fourth but still miles better than the crap we get here.

I bought my EVOO from here (https://www.chenabgourmet.com/) and there was definitely a difference in quality but not that big tbh, rest @TheNawab can help you, he's my go to guy for any food queries (we need an exclusive forum for cooking, seriously!)
