Every drop of butter we consume reduces our lifespan: What are some alternatives we can use

Sry I meant people who DIED in late 19th/early 20th century. Obviously someone dying in 90s or 2000s would have enjoyed the benefits of modern medicine. That's about as recently as one could have died.
Well that is actually difficult for an entirely different reason, I mean we were under the rule of British and not many Indians were considered famous rather notorious at least by the people who maintained records, i.e. the Britishers, and they really didn't give a crap about our ages as to them we were all slaves. So the record keeping was not the most impeccable and we certainly had the odds stacked against us.

Also I would like to say that modern medicine didn't have a significant impact in life expectancy until the 1950s. So the people I mentioned in the earlier list who died before 1950 didn't actually get the benifits modern medicine. I still managed to find 2 people who fit your criteria:
  1. Dadabhai Naoroji (1825-1917) died aged 91. He also known as the "Grand Old Man of India" and "Unofficial Ambassador of India", was an Indian Independence activist, political leader, merchant, scholar and writer. He was one of the founding members of the Indian National Congress and served as its 2nd, 9th, and 22nd President from 1886 to 1887, 1893 to 1894 and 1906 to 1907.
  2. Dinsha Edulji Wacha (1844-1936) was one of the founding members of the Indian National Congress. Wacha was also the president of the Congress in 1901.

Use ghee. Workout or jog daily.
It is a misconception that ghee is better than butter. It is a slightly better option for cooking but not for consumption and contains more calories, fat than butter. Actually shouldn't be using butter for cooking anyway.

This is the best advice for anyone, anywhere of all time, haha.

If we ever give up on using fats in cooking, we'll finally evolve beyond our endomorph silhouettes.

So probably never.
Even 20 minutes of jogging daily and working out 2 days a week is enough. Also incorporate 5-15 minutes of meditation for mental peace.

Everyone knows butter and ghee are both products made entirely of fat and eating fat in large quantity for long periods of time will have side effects and I'm not talking about becoming fat here (although that has become a big certain for a single guy like me lately lol). What matters is consumption in moderation and regular workout.
Poor stuff but it is what it is.

Cancer is found even in Egyptian mummies from 4000 years ago. Net effect of both things is that people live longer healthier lives than every before.
Percentage of cases and age matters. Now a days, youngsters are getting cancers more than expected and total percentages are higher. This is also as per statistical studies, denying this is not going to help.

i mean we certainly hit the peak about 100 years ago. now people are either dieing by heart attacks, kidney failue, diabetes and cancer which is rising. Our food is poisoned bro, slow poison...
Bro just read this article by Time magazine: 20 minutes Read
The Race to Explain Why More Young Adults Are Getting Cancer
In this article scientists across the world are racing against time about " Our cancer mystery, why its now striking us so young"
In this article doctors and researchers talk about young patients as young as 18 years to 28 years belonging to New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Scotland, US, UK, Peru who are healthy adults and vegetarians.
Since the last decade tobacco & alcohol use has drastically decreased in US but the rising onset of cancers in young men & women who are extremely healthy: vegetarians, marathon runners, avid swimmers at an increasingly alarming rate is baffling scientists, doctors & researchers across the world.

Some of the researchers are saying about the role of Micro plastics and our diet consisting of processed food while others are looking at genetic level to find the answer to this baffling trend.

Researchers belonging to Universities of California & New York found traces of micro plastics in guts of tribes belonging to Papua New Guinea, Whales in the Pacific Ocean & Polar Bears.

In the above article the various doctors across different continents treating their young patients found similar traces of micro plastics in the tumours they found in their respective young patients.

PS: A NRI Medical Oncologist based out of Toronto treated both my sister & brother in law who got cancers at 50 years & 48 years respectively. He belongs to a group of researchers & doctors comprised from Canada, New Zealand, Australia, UK & US who treats cancer patients. My sisters cancer (uterus) is successfully treated last month report came but my brother in laws cancer (lymph nodes) cannot be treated as nodes exist everywhere in the human body but the medicines can prolong the life. That's what my BIL does now and do diagnosis every 6 months.

Dr. Ramakrishna Reddy told our family members comprising of 22 members to take a DNA test which reveals genetic composition, health vulnerabilities, family history of diseases.
Benefits of DNA tests are
1. Know yourself better - gain insights into physiological and lifestyle traits & patterns that define you
2. Helps you in personalizing diet and fitness
3. Identify potential risk for lifestyle/chronic disease and consider early intervention
4. Find how you respond to commonly prescribed medicines
5. Personalized action plan for better health based on your DNA and family health history
6. Find out your genetic biological age.

So we all took, those who were diagnosed by chronic illness took serious and complete DNA test costing around 40k while I & my family took Basic DNA test costing around 8k.

Then the doctor read the report and discussed with the team spoke about told me that if I do 60 mins of regular exercise I won't get any disease until I reach the age of 70 years since my paternal genetics are strong and healthy and my maternal genetics are prone to obesity, cardiovascular problems and diabetes. He suggested daily exercise for me. I also have bi polar disorder. Surprisingly I don't have any schizophrenia in my DNA profile but doctors in Hyderabad were continually prescribing medicines for since 2009 and I took. Now I stopped.
This doctor says that it has become a practice in India which ever hospital you visit to prescribe huge list of tests and medicines and treatments to earn monies. Now AP & TS govts are giving free treatments & tests to low income groups, employees and pensioners as well to certain limit even in all corporate hospitals. It all started with Late Rajashekar Reddy ex CM of AP since 2004. My wife's cousin (32) was sanctioned Rs.35 lakhs for a liver transplant in 2015 by Chandrababu Naidu then & now CM of AP done in KIMS in Hyderabad. A little girl age 26 months was sanctioned Rs.16 crores as she will be given gene-therapy, including administration of injections, for treating her spinal muscular atrophy Dubowitz disease in 2023 by Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy Ex CM.

Olive oil have low smoking point and it's not recommended to overheat it, many of Indian dishes require overheating oil.
Considering we are in India, will have to verify whether the costly olive oil purchased is genuine and of good quality.
It is also said that olive oil being from Europe, there is lot of prop-up to support it's higher cost.
that's a myth, even at lower smoking point than other oils, you still need 190c for it to even reach smoking point, unless you are deep frying shit and reusing the oil again and again you are fine
