From Zagg site itself :).. U can choose free shipping there as I did.. but be warned that a few people havent got their stuff when they used the free shipping option.. guess im one of a lucky few who din have any probs :)

and what do you mean by the side parts is it the phone's parts like the red lining or something as i am not able to figure it out from the pics

when I said side parts, I meant the side parts of the Zagg Invisible shield. The phone has no problems whatsoever. The phone body is in perfect condition as I have been using the Zagg invisible shield from the beginning.

FYI, Zagg invisible shield is a full body cover which comes in different pieces for each side which we have to stick it on. The pieces in the Invisible shield for the 5800 are: Front, Back and Sides. So what I was saying was that the side part is kinda coming off.
