Well yes as you guys can read n understand its an issue again with "Exattnet".
I had been facing problem of sites not opening as well as MSN Live loging issues since a month and have been asking them to solve the problems too. But such was the efficiency on their part that loggin on to MSN and opening ORKUT was a distant dream from my place. Then yesterday, after listening to there crap of upto 128Kbps speed and all rules as per Govt law... I lost my cool and I just blurted out "....all that doesnt matter to me just take care of my F***ing problem..." and that was it. Mr. Mohan, who was talking to me, transformed into some kind of "Bhai" and then went on to threatened to come @ my place n beat me also accusing me mis-behaving with staff and of being drunk @ 3PM in da afternoon. I explained him that from my machine "Ping times" are relativley Higher then it should be and so is packet loss, but that dumb-ass failed to understand and got my connection blocked by calling people at "Spearhead - there Bandra Frenchise". Me Mohan who at first behaved like a bhai is now telling me that I should apoligise and then he will start/resume my Connection/service.
Just to add to it.. this is not the first time when they did block my account. In july they told me my 128Kbps account was expiered and I consumed dlownloadable 120GB in just 3 months. I think I had discussed this with Appo and Darky too and they had laughed hard at this. I have all that complaint ticket nos and new ones since Nov 15th, 2006. I plan to do something about this [Nah not going to apologize] just want the guys to give me some pointers.
