Expired Passport Wrong DOB over 5 years

When you go through the option to select reissue on the passport website.

It will ask you which ids you can provide.
Just because it's reissue. It should not be a problem.
You can provide adhaar and any one other.

However , Please note I don't remember exactly what details I had filled..as it has been few years.

But it was not issue.
Even if passport date was wrong .
We got our visa.

Experience was smooth.
Everything went well.
But like I mentioned passport date of birth was not changed.
So we have to live with it.
 
Okay brother. But adhar and passport dob will be varying. That will not create any problem while verifying for reissue of passport?
Whether they will accept the document with different dob?

Yes. I get your point but we didn't face any such issue.
So from personal experience..go for it.

Aged and very old citizens they will make big issue. They know people of old generation time were very casual with giving their exact details.

For my parents it was NEW Passports so they applied in the home town in the Superindent of Police Office and they came for verification after which my parents went to the Regional Passport Office located in Chennai( There are 3 centres) and signed there and got the Passport within 15days.
If you dont go to the Regional Passport Centre then you will get it after 30days.
 
@solo_wing if you're still here plz help me out. The PSK Centre is outright rejecting to process further bcz of the same DOB issue. They're asking to change the dob in aadhar and PAN too which is absolutely ridiculous. What can I possibly do now?

Dude just go with same DOB she had on earlier passport .

Even we could not get passport DOB changed. I mentioned in on of the posts here.
Bohat faltu jhamela yeha har cheez mein.

There was no issues with Visa and travel so we were okay and leaving with wrong DOB on passport.

This is all I can advice bro.
Just go with the flow.
