Extremely High Pings on Tata (Pune)

Since 1-2 days, I'm getting extremely high pings to most sites (1000+), making browsing etc reallllyyyy slow.. anyone else having this problem?
 
Same problem faced even with Hathway by me and other people I spoke to. Been like this for a couple of weeks now. :(
 
^^ irregular/random pings on my hathway ranging from 20 ms - 8xx ms max. but downloads and surf speed is not so changed like before?
 
@nVidiaBeast - I think Hathway have a problem somewhere in the line around my area (Churchgate) which they have not yet rectified. Night speeds seem fine but daytime between 9-1 and 4-8 it is very bad :(
 
but the speed is almost the same... i hope they will rectify the problem soon so that i can expect better speeds then :P
 
Check the routing.... if there is one particular hop where the ping jumps to super high levels, then you being routed through satellite.
 
Yeah first few hops are fine (25-30ms) then suddenly high pings.. hope it gets fixed soon, took me 12 mins to send a 2mb file :@
