hii...
i am using nokia pc suite to convert my songs from .mp3 to .aac and transfer it to my cell fone. But its no longer converting my .mp3 files. It says 1/1 file transferred and when i refresh the music list it shows the file but is unable to play it. i even formatted my fone(nokia N73) but still no result. I tried using 3rd party s/w to convert but then i cannot use the fast forword feature in those converted files.
Can anyone please help....:huh: :huh::huh:

N73 plays mp3, y would u wanna convert it anyway?

just load ur nokia as removable media and copy and paste the music.

exactly... but when the .mp3 file size is 200 mb plus, then u would think of compressing it, which used to easily happen in the earlier times.

He wanna make them Ringtones :P:hap2:

nope mate....

dude, just buy a higher memory card!

its not worth the effort converting to aac all the time just to save 200 MB

u get 4/8GB cards for quite cheap these days,

btw, u can use mp3 as ringtones in N73 :P

N73 supports max 2 gb and i am already using 1 gb(ppl advised, fone goes slow on 2gb)

i been using 2Gb and works flawlessly,

Nokia's will go slow if u pick and play a song directly from the memory card, if u go to ur music player "software" then it shouldn't be slow. besides N73 in itself is quite slow compared to other N series phones, so it shouldn't be a problem.
At least that's my observation

Dude, I own the same phone and have 2 GB memory card....and it dosent slow down...so buy a 2 gb card rather than converting to AAC.....
