Far Cry 2 Glitch ???

Recently I was playing Far Cry 2 and I got stuck at exactly 23% on the third medicine getting mission. I really don't know if this is a glitch or if this is intentional , but I cannot use any weapon nor can I use the escape or action button. I can only control primary movements and that's about it.
Any clue wtf is wrong :@ ???
