Fastest Internet in Delhi?

What is the fastest unlimited or 10GB per month internet connection in Delhi for Rs.1000+-. It needs to be shared between 2 PCs though mostly not simultaneously but should still work on both together.

Didn't Hathway used to give 1Mbps for this price? How is that?
 
I'll second that.

Even though that fast is patheticaly slow. You would only wanna go to streaming sites like youtube after 11 in the night when 512 gets activated.

Also, doesn't BSNL double the speed with that gaming plan package?
 
I am so Out of Luck Here ! I Upgraded to the Airtel 256kbps Plan in Hopes of getting double speeds at Night !@Bangalore ,which I was getting with my previous 128k connection ! Let anone Double speeds, my avearage speed Has Fallen to only 200-240kbps ! :(
