Hey Hanzy,

Well, I went through this exact same thing.

Infact, b4 1 would go 2 others would come up :P.

It was really really irrirating.

And Guess what, it was mainly soo much during my 10th Board exams.

A few months after my Boards, they reduced to around 1 at a time.

I still get the odd pimple here or there. But thats normal I guess.

All I did was drink more juice :P. Another way of having Water, as I didnt like having too much water. So I was having like 1 carton of Juice everyday. Read. Topicana Mixed Fruit :P. And about 1-2 Litres of Water.

Also, I used Clearasil Facewash, 20$ a tube. Beat that =X.

And it worked!
 
@aditya : thanks for ur post.......so 1 thing that can summarize now from everyone said here is that more and more intake of water is NEEDED !....so i will do so :)........ so now also abt water consumption ...have i to consume the max. i can take it each time ? or distribute it ?
 
well though do drink alot of water...but do stop once your body says not anymore....else u can damage your organ too....but thats in rare case....

but drinking alot of water also helps bringing down kidney stone problem in future.....

also make a list of stuff what u have and how your skin reacts..acne is more like alergy stuff.....and what i told about milk was same stuff.....
 
^^ @ magnet, AFAIK, acne is not exactly allergy....although sometimes an allergic reaction might appear like acne.... just check the wikipedia link above for causes of acne....
 
My doctor recommended face wash with MEDIMIX soap 3 times a day and Aziderm 10% cream applied 2 times a day.
 
^@dceite : hmmm ic....am using a soaf called :Acnil....wont say it really works...but it does clean the face and make it dry enuf....but then its soo dry and scaly so i wash it with garnier clean then....so its acnil + garnier clean....also i carry the garnier tube whereever i go in my baggy....well i know its like the 'feminine' purse...but then cant help it....need to take care :)
