We all know that legitimate and official products can cost slightly more. We get many email from the people who bought from eBay and now struggling to get support - be it defective remote or unit. Details of such buyers can be provided on request (after taking permission from such buyers). No matter what eBay sellers claim, they are not our (Xtreamer India's) authorized distributors and they procure the goods from wherever they get cheapest.

Hope it clears the doubts.

* A couple of eBay sellers have sourced some of the products from us in the past but we are not their only source anymore.

The seller has a score of 100% of 5539. Thats pretty high.

Here is what it says about warranty:
Product sold under manufacturer warranty : should be sent to the respective brands service centre for required services Product will be delivered in sealed original packing with original manuals. Incase of products received dead on arrival with manufacturer warranty should be sent to the service centre of the manufacturer and not to the seller. The Customer Service Number of the Manufacturer is printed on the package. Please save this for future reference.

This looks llike the case of how Brand Shops charge more for their products than other electronic stores. The only thing is that in this case there is no Brand Shop.
