Fifa 08 demo is finally out.

Play as seven teams, FC Barcelona, AC Milan, America (Mexico), NY Red Bulls, Manchester United, Marseille, and Bayern München

Electronic Arts has also released a playable demo for FIFA 08, giving you the chance to try out this game scheduled to hit the store shelves this autumn. Developed by EA Canada in Vancouver, FIFA 08 features a Be A Pro mode where you will have to master the same disciplines as a real football player, 620 licensed teams, 30 leagues and more than 15,000 players.

The game has been improved from last year though....the graphics need an improvement ......lets hope EA maintains the gameplay & improves graphics a bit.....

u are not missing anything. its got crappier year after year. & the 2k8 demo is outright crap.

p.s - only ppl who havent played pes yet will like this demo / game.
 
^if thats the case why does fifa have better sales than pes each year??

simple...gameplay is easy to just pick up and play..officially licensed teams..

the menu in pes is atrocious..transfers are a pain...improve that and then i guess pes will definitely be better than pes.as for now i prefer EA's FIFA series

just cause something has better sales than another thing does not mean its better.

as far as the useless licence teams goes. u just need to dload a 700kb patch to get all official licence names & kits for pes. u are too lazy to do that & see past the stupid names. in the end its the gameplay that makes the game not the licenced team & the player names that fifa is so expert in doing, & the which is also the only thing they change in their game every year.
 
^lol looks like we have fanboys in the house..cant bear to hear anything good about a rival game??i do like pes i never said i dont but i enjoy fifa more than pes..and regarding that patch dude ive downloaded those 100's of megabytes of patches which used to come out right since the day's of pes4
 
Umm, it's not about being a fanboy.

It's about people being able to master FIFA in 6 hours and then scoring bucketloads of goals without any effort. (See: boring).

It's a personal choice. Depends on how realistic you want your game to be ...

and not to forget, PES7 PC is going to next-gen with any player movable in 16 (previously 8) directions :ohyeah:
 
its nothing like that.... i have played both and both are good at his own sense.... agreed PES has way better gameplay but FIFA also do appeal to people, specially because of online play ( PES lacked LAN patch in last two) and let me tell u playing FIFA on LAN isn't a 6 hour game to master.
looking forward to PES this year with LAN patch :) , anyways also looking forward to playing FIFA 08 with new features.

ea are just making money on their licenses of the players and teams.

just play champions league 2007.... my, what a sad game that is, but it has the official champions league video and stuff.

started playing pes last year and havent touched fifa since. :)
