Download Firefox 3 Beta 1 Release Candidate 1 from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/3.0b1-candidates/rc1/. You can either use the English version (with "en-US" in the name) or a localized version (with another country code in the name).
You should back up your profile

yes i am use it

but no add-on till now

Even I installed it after taking backup of my profile, there does not seem to be any changes in GUI but the browsing is sure faster that FF2.

But no add-ons, its killing me......

EDIT: Can't live without add ons reverted back to FF2, will wait for the final release of FF3!!!!!!!
