Car & Bike First Bike but Which One ???

Hello Friends ...

I want to buy New bike (my first bike) .I m 6 feet tall and my weight is 85kg.I don't know much about bikes. I sort out some bikes but don't know which one to choose :-

1.Bajaj P220F
2.Yamaha R15
3.Yamaha FZ/Fazer
4.HH Karizma ZMR

I need good performance + stylish bike.

Need ur valuable suggestion ...
 
Going by the bikes you listed, I assume you don't have a budget constraint. If that's the case, I would suggest the R15. Though a far smaller engine compared to the rest of the bikes, it is zippy and stylish enough to impress. Pulsar - just too bloody common on the roads. It is turning out to be like Splendor, but at the higher end of the market - present all around. ZMA - lovely bike, but outdated. Still the best handler of the lot IMO.
 
Good is subjective. OK, a basic question. What exactly are you looking for from the bike? I mean, apart from the good performance + stylish looks that you mentioned. All the bikes you listed have that. Or rather, what do you mean by 'performance'? Zip through traffic? Good mileage? Comfortable for long rides? Something else?
 
go for zma ... best handler of the lot, good torque at lower speeds ( you weigh 85 KG)
Unlike Pulsars ,most important, it builds your confidence in riding so that later you can ride any bike.
 
For 6 feet height. I would not recommend you R15. I'm owner of R15, I'm some 5 feet 6-7 inches tall. Some of my friends having same height as you feel bike very short. You can still go with ZMA, it is outdated but still rules.
 
@^ Woah! Where did you find TVS 250 cc??

Of all these, r15 is a good blend of style and performance. Go for it, if you aren't very tall.

R15 is won't suit your needs,
1. you'll look too big on it.
2. in city , and ur weight, need low end torque and R15 has very little of it till 4K
3. it's still a 150 cc , so you need to rev it hard to get the BHp out of it.

zma is the best for you. I'm sure you can find a friend with a zma for a long test ride.
 
r15 is really a good byke but you are buying byke for the first time and you are 6 feet tall then you have to go for pulsar 220 another option is new cb unicorn dazzler really good , there are some rumours about tvs 250cc and honda 250cc bykes are coming
 
I wont recommend a 250cc for starters, especially most are planning to put 30+ bhp on them. And practically u wont need so much power for city rides.

My vote for R15, but its a PITA in traffic blocks. FZ would have been great city bike, if it had bit more power.
 
I am 6 feet and I can tell how I felt after riding JediKnight's R15. Trust me mate it is not for our kind ;) (no offense to normal people)
