Hello all

I have joined the fitness first gym 2 days ago this gym is opening at ambience Mall in gurgoan its biggest gym in india 22000sq feet.

Hey anyone have joined it yet if yes do respond in thread as hope i am not the only one who have joined and paying huge amount and that too with hard terms and conditions. thx
 
reason its the best gym and its in 13 countries second reason offer was nice and i am now paying 3200 everymonth and hard terms and onditions means its 18 months comitment i have no regret reason its best and awesome just here to ask anyone joined ???? anyone from techenclave as its opening first in gurgaon then delhi mumbai bangalore goa and many other cities within 2 months

That is VERY VERY expensive.

I hope you dont regret spending so much.

One advantage is that it will not be too crowded.
 
lets see well the stuff they are offering is awesome with so many things including seprate locker with bath and combat tranning 10 1 on 1 personal tranning along with so many other things unlimited tea drink coke anything and free dvd for 48 hrs from there video sections
 
no dear they have lounge so if u wana sit and relax thats all else no sense i wont be having anything but atleast i can sit and relax once in a while
 
Its not the GYM that make you fit/slim or beautiful.. Its the willpower inside you .. you must have seen people regularly visit gym but still they are bulky and all.. Cause they didn't follow it properly. So if you are upto some weight loss better control your mind than Investing 3200 bucks /month :P Try to run for 15-20 Mins daily on Ground with some stretching exercise .. That will do the job perfectly ;)
 
dude i am regular to gym from last 4 yrs i was looking for a place where i dont need to wait for machine and stuff so thats why i joined this money is no issue because eariler i was paying 33000 a yr in OZONE gym gurgaon
 
I find this an interesting link since I just got back from a 35 min run in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco..... it was free too ;)

Just kidding, I do boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing at a Dojo/Gym 3-4 times a week as well.... But the only soda they have is electrolyte juice, and recovery drinks and all healthy stuff.......
