CPU/Mobo Flash/update bios?

Hi all comp GURUS,
Intel E4500+Biostar GF7050v-M7
System crashing frequently with error message "system has recovered from serious error"
Every time lot of different language files are in created in "C/ doc & settings/user/temp folder" despite of deleting again & again
Whenever try to install Service Pack-3 and adobe 8.1.2 system crashes.
Pls help.
Tried to update bios (downloaded from biostar site but while starting update
asked to load update file by program Tseries bios update downloaded from biostar site

What settings i need to configure in CMOS mode Mobo is Biostar GF7050?????

Check for malware/ virus infection. Update drivers. Set BIOS to defaults. Remove any new hardware installed. If using 2 Ram Sticks, take out one. Or test memory with Memtest. Lastly, if allt he preceding steps fail, check if there's any newer BIOS for ur board.
