I did not take it up with Flipkart because I have had not so impressive experience with flipkart esp. when they need to do something beyond their policy guidelines. This was a case where I believed that they would comeback to me and ask me to take up the matter with the manufacturer because their 30-day return period is passed(like they did in previous instance). The local dealer/service center also suggested me the same thing - to send it to their service center in Kolkata.Take it up with Flipkart. Tell them u were not informed by them that there will b no warranty m all. It will surely help some way or the other....
I just did not have the time and energy to follow-up on this. I actually got the same model from the same dealer for 395/- and it has been running fine.
