Beware of FK for CPUs mainly. Too many cases of the wrong CPU being delivered & as usual shit support. You can find cases here & at r/IndianGaming.
Opening box before accepting the delivery is not allowed in many cases & once delivery is accepted then even if box is opened in front of delivery person it is no different from accepting the delivery & making the unboxing video inside home.
Replacement due to wrong product/physically defective product is not possible if u have received the product using open box delhivery.
Couple months ago,i bought a lenovo laptop but the screen died after the initial setup screen, upon contacting cc i was told a lenovo authorized technician will visit and if he gives his blessing i will be provided a replacement.
The wait time for this was within 2 weeks,fortunately he visited after 7 days and the display magically came to life.
Take this as you may. I was overall satisfied with the service except the 7 day wait period but that was prpbably lenovo since they took 4 days for a visit after the report was generated.

The biggest deal with flipkart is when the item actually reaches you, not counterfeit and is functioning as expected.
