Flipkart - Received an item that I had cancelled - Help (Slightly urgent)

I had ordered an item from FK last week. I had second thoughts about it, so on Saturday afternoon, I cancelled the order. At this point the item location was in FK's warehouse in Bangalore (and my location is Delhi), so I assumed that the delivery would not be attempted and I would get my refund in a 2-3 working days.

Now it turns out that the item has been delivered at my house a while ago. What should I do? Will FK do a reverse pickup? Or will they reject my refund request?

I have no plans on opening the item until this gets resolved. Item value is not too high - 2,500.

Just speak to their customer care ...seebwhat they have to tell

Ask them to arrange a pickup, make this process happen within 10days of product order date. They will do a Refund or else transfer that money to your flipkart wallet.

Tell them (FK) that item was delivered even though you had cancelled the order.
They will send someone to pick it up.
