So you mean to say this is MSI's fault and not country-specific problem? MSI is doing well around the world, all except the big region of India. I have been working very hard to bring MSI gaming laptops back to India, dealing with BIS authorities, which no other countries require, fixing the issue with after sale, which is provided by third party Indian providers. It really hurts to hear such feedback but when in this case, all the fault is directed to us...
