Thought i saw a couple of them here. SO when i came across this, just had to post it here.
Re-Volt is a well known PC game published by Acclaim Entertainment in 1999, with its last official update v1.1 released in the same year. After the company declared bankruptcy in 2004, the game has been abandon ware with no further news and development. We have always found Re-Volt to have a lot of potential and it's a shame that such a bright game should die a slow death. After more than a decade, we think it's finally time for Re-Volt to rise again and shine.

Instead of developing a next-generation version of the game or a fancy sequel, we have decided to work on the original game that we all love. What better way to reboot a video game than to release an update to the original game with the most asked for features? And that leads us to announce v1.2, the next incremental update to Re-Volt, heading for final release at the end of this year. Our objective is to develop a fully featured update covering the 12 years of technological evolvement that Re-Volt today is missing. We expect this update to lay a steady foundation for Re-Volt to grow over the years in what makes it special.

The project is in active development with frequent new releases available for download. If you have always wanted to see something new in Re-Volt, this is your chance to let us know and be a part of the Re-Volt development. It's time to pick up your Re-Volt CD once again.

Revolt 1.2

It was the most played game, followed by Red Alert 2 and rest of the CNC series.
