The price is excluding VAT of 4%
If you add the item to your cart then it shows the VAT & the total comes to 23,799
It would be better for all members if the complete applicable charges are given in the post

I think VAT is 13.5% for cell phones
 
This is not a thread to discuss taxes applicable and whats best price at Univercell ........ Whoever is getting better pricing can look elsewhere
