Other Forgot Security code

My friend's daughter forgot security password for her Nokia 110 basic phone. Phone is locked now and friend need to use it as standby as his BlackBerry died.

Any solution?
 
She changed the default password? If not then it's 12345.

Anyway, ask him to put anything (i.e. wrong password) 10 times and it'll automatically get into PUK. Call the Service Provider and get PUK and reset Security Code.
 
yes, she changed password & forgot.
Well, typed 10 times wrong password but not get into PUK (Whats it?)... I have yet not call TATA Docomo...
Everytime message display "Code Error (Stop)"..

Else, do a hard reset. Dont bother taking to the Nokia ASSC, they charge for this service - 250 bucks last time I checked.
