I went over to Lamington Road today and found some nice quality CD Wallets at Computer World which is right next to Computer Selection and Cassette World. The brand is AGVA and the finish is good - I paid 100/- for a 64 CD wallet and 135/- for a 96 CD Wallet. I asked the person at Computer World and he confirmed that they would ship all over India. Their contact...

those wallets do look nice. can you temme the difference between these and the ones sold at roadside shops/foothpaths at my place?? they are priced abt the same or less and are usually quite good. I mean what makes this AGVA brand so special?

AGVA quality looked good to me - I have used Case Logic earlier and I paid Prime 1200/- for a 48 CD C.L. Wallet !! These are designed to look like the Case Logic ones.

@Masky - email the dude and ask him for underwater storage CD Wallets :)

Guys atleast spare the brand for CD Wallets get the one which is easily available at ur place.
Only CD Wallet "Brand name" was left to be posted on TE. ;)

i wouldnt mind these for cds. but for my dvds i always use caselogic.

I have 3 case logic - one 200 cds (2500/-) and 2 48 cds (1200/-each ). No doubt they are really good ... no ... not just good but excellent... but my personal feeling is that the price difference is so much that I dont think I would buy another case logic as these AGVA ones are of pretty decent quality.

My DVDs mean a lot to me and some of the movies are irreplaceable - IMHO I feel I could trust these AGVA wallets to store my DVDs safely and scratch free.

i agree with u caselogics are not worth the price. thats the reason y i dont buy them here. i tell some1 to get them from usa. got the 90 + 8 for 12$ & the 250 + 16 for 25$

Jeese ... asking someone to carry a 250 CD empty case from USA is a real EVIL thing to do :D .... it must have occupied about 20% of the suitcase area - its larger than a mother board box.

250 for 25$ in U.S. and Rs 2500/- in Mumbai .... thats the normal computer hardware dealers exchange rate of $1 = Rs 100/- so I did not pay too much :)
