Got same mail too. After bashing them on few mails they have opened my account but what's the use my last 2500 point already deducted. I have also sent the mail about my last ebay redemption. But I'm yet to hear anything on it.

Yup, add the ebay coupon to your wishlist and when its redemption time you will get an email ~ 1 day in advance.

Also, you could follow this thread. Any updates will be posted (hopefully)
 
Do about 20 feats with a total accumlation of around 200~300 points daily. Dont do the high value feats only. The ebay redemption comes about once in 2~3 weeks. Enough time to accumlate 2500 points. Then, you can only redeem them once every 30 days.
