Freecharge.in - Not receiving coupons occasionally

To all those guys having problems with the coupons, you can always recharge without the coupons ( i always do that ). So you don't end up paying the extra 10 bucks and you get the recharge instantly (for me its faster than Vodafone.in).
 
I recharged mine on 1st may, haven't received any coupons till now, yesterday i wrote to FC, they said that they will resend it :)

I'm having the same issue.. how to reach out to the CEO?

Btw are you sure it's CEO who looks after these petty issue..?
 
Edited the title to something more appropriate.

BTW, I've also never had any issues with them.
@mutant: I've always worried that courier guys might take those coupons, what with the large advertisement on the envelope. Fortunately, it's never happened to me; guess the courier guys in your area were more educated and net savvy.
 
^^ Thanks for the title correction, I was also worried its sending wrong message now..

Yes, he told me lots of areas are being affected by this....and he needed to know which all postal codes are being affected. He thanked me for letting him now and next day he probably called up the courier guys of my pin code and they came running with all the coupons and weird excuses..lol

I am pretty sure, he have lots of important work, but if someone brings something to his light, he certainly will make sure that an action is taken...
 
^^many have received the coupons after 20 days or even a month, so you will get it after some days,even i am waiting for some coupons recharged on 25th may,june 1st and june 4th.
 
guys i got a response recently from freecharge ..

that your order is on hold as it has letsbuy coupons which are no longer available ....

so opt for another offer.
 
I cannot recharge for the amounts 295 or 395 for Airtel on this site as it is not in their list. Airtel supposedly has stopped the 222/333/444 full talktime recharges and now have the 295/395 ones. I raised a ticket to their CC but the reply is standard.. "you can only recharge for the amount mentioned" :@

Any other way to bring this to their light so they can add the new amounts too ?
 
^^there is some problem between airtel and freecharge since the time freecharge website started, earlier there was no option of airtel while all the other smallest-biggest operators were available, then they added it but only for fixed recharge amounts,i doubt they will change anything.
 
recently I am also facing problems receiving coupons..AGAIN!

I think they should just move on to digital coupons you can take printouts of, or may be a sms on your phone that you can show...
 
i received the coupons today for the recharge done on 25th, have never missed even a single coupon for the hundreds of recharges i have done on freecharge :)
 
I am still waiting. Will mail CC if I don't get the coupons within a few more days. Come on, the McDonalds coupons are valid only till 30th June... :(

Surprising. Just yesterday I recharged with 333 one it got me full talk time. Though I dint opt for any coupons this time..
 
Yes even I had the same problem, Freecharge.in is simply a crap.

1) First while recharging I used several banks debit card some do not process at the beginning it self and some get stuck after the CC.
2) I never received my coupons we three friends stay together one had such issue and later came to know that the courier guy was creating all the mess, the other one and I recharged on the same day, coupons were to be delivered at the same address but never received it but my friend got it...
I still have not figured out what goes wrong and where.. But one thing is sure I am not recharging by paying Rs10 extra for no use from now onwards.

Most of the coupons carries a expiry date of a month or even less whats the use getting them after expired!
