Freecharge.in - Not receiving coupons occasionally

I have recently used this site for the first time and should have received 2 CCD coupons. I used the tracking number given by them and the status on First Flight site shows as 'Delivered' :@

I tried calling FF office....but its busy all the time...so I have mailed them. courier guys are so cheap :@ will wait for a day for FF response else I will contact Kunal Shah

Er... tracking Number???? Where did u get that from :O
 
I have also not received coupons form my 2 recharges done around 20th may

frecharge does not respond to mails and complaints

they don't have any customer care number and they have stopped online chat

so in all poor customer care support
 
^^ that doesnt give any tracking number. its giving the status :P

I had posted a comment on their facebook page regarding nondelivery of coupons and it got deleted in an hour ! and i commented again and that also got deleted in one hour flat.!
 
^^ No, in my case I had a tracking number there and i was able to track it on First Flight. But I checked it just now and status is Sent.

I didn't bothered to mail FreeCharge...I am not going to use the site coz it will be a headache to always sort out the issues of coupon deliveries with FreeCharge / Courier guys..better I will recharge the good old way ;)
 
I had recharged and my coupons did not reach me even after 15 days. I mailed them on the 16th day.

Surprisingly, I got my coupons on the 17th day and a reply from freecharge on the 19th day. They apologized and said that they had resent the coupons.

I received another (one more) set of coupons in the following week... :D

you can recharge on freecharge.in without selecting coupons also, so no need of worrying about coupons :)

yeah, actually that is also a good option..coz I didn't face any issue with recharge.

^^ That is what I do most of the times! It is way better than having to go to the local recharge seller or gallery for something as trivial as a recharge! :P

And even though I get a few problems/delays in coupon delivery sometimes, a recharge has never failed or been delayed for me ever. :D
 
^^ totally agree with you on that dude! No hassles, every single time i tried to recharge through freecharge , the recharge went great! The issue is only with the delivery of coupons.. :(

btw Freecharge uses Oxi recharge,! wish every shopkeeper starts to use that! :D

in mumbai many retailers used this earlier but most of them were not very comfortable using that saying their money is stuck with Oxigen. It seems freecharge is new avatar of oxigen recharge.
 
^^ strange.. my uncle has a few shops and he uses oxirecharge everywhere! he says it saves the headache of recharging with different phones and that he can forget the reps from the service provider too!!

BTW.. new Naaptol coupons of Rs 200 value at Freecharge which can be used for anything priced above Rs 201! Nice deal, if we get the coupons :P

and what do u mean by 201??

means can i purchase a item worth 399 in 2*200 = 400 coupon???
 
I had done recharge only once and not trusted the site again, as I created account with proper registration steps and second day my account was gone. I tried login with the same credentials and found it niether recognized the email not password,

then I tried creating the same account again and it got created :O

Yes, only good point is recharge was done properly, but had to forgot coupens and Rs 10 paid extra for it. :(
 
^^ na , what i meant is that , you can use the coupon only on a product which costs more than Rs 201!

AFAIK , you cannot use two coupon on a single purchase!
