Freeware for arranging desktop icons

Need suggestion for free alternative of software like "Desktop Icon Toy". I am using Windows XP.

+1 for Fences. You can sort out all stuff really well

I don't like using fancy desktop stuff, but I do use something you might like; Desktop Restore...it simply restores desktop icons back to their original place if they get screwed after resolution changes or windows just forgets where the icons were. It even works with Vista and Windows 7 as I've been using for a very long time.
