Hi Guys, I have a BSNL Broadband Connection and am facing frequent ADSL Disruptions. I have purchased a new ADSL2+ Router D-Link DSL-2750u.

My BB Plan is 2 MBPS till 15GB and 256 KBPS beyond 15GB.

Here are the statistics and I don't know its interpretation. Please Help.

There is no issue with ur modem, its due to problems from BSNL exchange or your telephone wire is quite old/have many joints in between/loose connections from pole. Just ask the BSNL people to change your wire or check the whole thing from the exchange.

Thanks Harshit. Have already lodged a complaint with BSNL.

Check if any portion of the cable is exposed. Check the junction box for loose connections that is situated outside your house. Try using google DNS.

The SNR margin and Data rate on your modem are really good. 100 times better than what I get. I dont see any faulty or noisy lines either. If yo had loose joints or loose connections then your SNR margin would have been somewhere below 6 or 10 causing frequent disconnections. Try using google DNS, have learned that it eliminates the frequent disconnection problem.

Is ur modem purchased recently? If not then try changing ur splitter n check it happnd with me too( if splitter is old then connections of cable will be loose n there will be disruption of dsl). Or the problem could be with bsnl office ur complaint shld fix it.
