1st link dont have bill, So no warranty and 2nd one also dont have warranty.
Guys! you are getting New piece of XFX 8600GT with 7 months warranty, why so serious :)

hmmm bill has nothing to do with warranty bro.i have rmaed my graphics card two times where they never asked for the bill.....its the serial no. on the original box which is important which gets registered once u purchase.......

Hey, how much is a new one for? My friend said a new one with 3 years warranty may be for Rs.2500 now.

btw 8600 gt will be EOL at few months end of 2010 depend on new dx 11 card mid range is coming soon

for rma the card as fresh new replacement so u cannot sell for good value cause your need to sell depend on purchase of date and how old warranty expired
 
I tired checking the price of this card at DeltaPage.com instead of Ebay which has ficticious and historic prices for most of the items. Since i couldn't find this card, i looked at TomsHardware.com Graphics Card Hierarchy Chart and found that its similar to the 9500 GT (DDR2). But since DDDR2 ones are hard to find, the current price for 9500 GT(DDR3) is around 3k. This makes Godfather's estimate of a new DDR2 one costing 2.5k seems right. I would join the others in saying the price is too high and consider me in line too, in case you drop the price.

although price setting is the decision of the thread owner still i would like to add few point

I had bought a XFX 8600gt (newly RMA'd) 2 yrs warranty left a year back at 2200 Rs
